E-mail Deliverability

With direct mail, you know exactly what it will look like to the recipient. E-mail can have images blocked or the text altered by the Internet Service Provider, software, or individual computer settings. This is important because the way an e-mail is put together can affect whether or not a message gets through to the intended audience.

Harland E-mail generates custom e-mail layouts for each client. Working with the client, we combine branding, website integration, compliance, and design elements to create layouts that maximize deliverability and effectiveness. Each layout is designed to deliver the intended message even when all images are blocked.

During the set-up process for an e-mail client, we evaluate all custom e-mail layouts will using a deliverability analysis process. Through this process we examine each layout with images blocked and enabled and share these with the client. We test delivery of each e-mail layout to a number of different ISPs to ensure maximum deliverability.

Here are the advantages to using a custom e-mail layout:

The layout is customized to your needs. You control what you want: color, imagery, content and design. We do the work at your direction, and each layout is subject to your approval.

Ensures consistency of brand and design.

Quality—all elements, such as links and personalization will be thoroughly tested.

Custom layouts can be assigned to specific users or purposes.
